Hotel-Motel Drummond put together in this FAQ, the most frequent questions. Our dedicated staff is available day and night, and will be happy to answer any other questions you have to make your stay with us a relaxing and comfort worthy of your expectations.


  1. At what time can we access to our room?

    Guests are expected to arrive starting at 3 pm. It will be our pleasure to see if your room can be ready earlier.

  2. At what time do we need to leave our room?

    Guests are expected to check out before 11:30. However, you can check your luggage with us at no extra charge.

  3. Can I have access to my room past the regular check out time?

    With us, we strive to meet the needs of each of our clients. We will be happy to allow you access to your room until 2 pm the day of your departure depending on the number of bookings. There will be an extra charge for this service. Ask our reception team about this option.

  4. Does this hotel offer WI-FI in all the rooms?

    WI-FI is provided cost-free in the rooms and the entire hotel.

  5. At what time breakfast served?

    Breakfast is free for all our guests, from 5:30 AM weekdays and 6:30 AM on weekends, and this, until 10:30 AM.  

  6. Do you have a restaurant?

    Beside the dining area for breakfast, our vending machines, we do not offer a restaurant service. However within 1 minute in car, you have access to different restaurants.

  7. Do you have a business center?

    We offer in each room, a comfortable workspace in addition to free WI-FI. We also have a computer accessible to our guests at the reception.

  8. Do you have an elevator?


  9. That your hotel has a parking space?

    Yes, we have a parking for all types of vehicles: cars, Motorcycles, and even trailer trucks and buses can safely park at the back ofbuilding. Our hotel also offers charging stations for electric cars free of charge for our guests.

  10. What do we find in your rooms?

    Our rooms are equipped with a host of commodities to enhance your stay. We invite you to follow the link below to access to complete list.

  11. Can we bring our pet?

    We accept pets (dogs and cats) for the modest sum of 12$ plus tax.

  12. Can I request an extra bed for a third person in a double room? How much will it cost me?

    Yes, subject to availability. You can request an extra bed in your room at the time of booking for 12$ extra.

  13. Why do you need my credit card information?

    Generally, your banking information is only used as collateral in case you do not show up or cancel late . A no-show at the hotel could mean additional costs ( equivalent to the price of a night).

  14. How do we get to the hotel?

    We are located off highway 20 (Exit 177 N, Ste-Marjorique) at 105St- Joseph Blvd. W, Drummondville, QC, J2C 1A4. You could also use the following address on your GPS: 105 Rue St- Roch, Drummondville

  15. Do you offer corporate rates?

    Yes. You just need to contact us at 1-800-266-4614 for all the details.

  16. What is the Cancellation Policy?

    The cancellation is 24 hours before arrival date without any charge. After that, the total amount of the room will be charged.

  17. Is there any restaurants close by?

    Several types of restaurants are nearby. Our reception team would be happy to help you.

  18. Are there wheelchair-accessible rooms?

    Yes, there are some wheelchair-accessible rooms, but please confirmavailability at reservation time.

  19. I have and electric car. Where can I charge it?

    Hotel-Motel Drummond is proud to have charging stations free of charge available to its customers with an electric car.
